If you know AI, please volunteer for this site by creating an algorithm that maintains an expert community:
- only experts should have voting right in peer review (even better, the more expert is a person, the more votes he/she has)
- expertise should be topical (an expert in literature should not decide in chemistry peer review)
- onboarding new experts (possibly vetted by old experts)
- prevention of revolution (e.g. by a group of astrologist that may claim that they are scientific experts)
